Manna Dey Songs - Music Shankar Jaikishan

Padmashree & Padmabhushan awards winner Manna Dey (real name Prabodh Chandra Dey) is an excellent singer and has sung a variety of songs ranging from classical to light comedic, bhajans, ghazals and sad songs in several languages. I am not going to attempt to give much information on him because others have already done so. An example is a site created by his fans which you can find by clicking on the following link:

A site created with Manna Dey information

Manna Dey sang for Rajesh Khanna who played the title role Anand. In this clip you mostly see Rajesh Khanna but there is a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan and Sumita Sanyal.
